Donna mentioned she was painting a “fun, silly” sunflower. And couldn’t we all use a little fun right now!! So, get to your easel, get out your pastels, and join in the social distanced merriment! There are no rules for this challenge. Paint realistic, abstract, contemporary, black and white or color. Just have a flower(s) in the painting! One painting per PSCF member.

At the end of the month we’ll put all the paintings on our PSCF website. Send your jpeg painting images, with the filename format:
Artist Last Name Artist First Name Title of Painting

If you’ve never painting flowers before, challenge yourself. If you are a portrait painter, put a face inside a flower!

Have fun, stay safe and we’ll keep you posted on the status of future meetings and exhibits.

UPDATE: LIVING WATERS EXHIBIT AT TAVARES – we are waiting to hear from the city of Tavares regarding when they might open. The exhibit MAY BE POSTPONED, but the REGISTARTION FORM for the Living Waters and the Florida Landscape exhibit is on the website in the Exhibits and Events Tab. Please get your registration in so we will be ready when the city eventually opens. AND you can enter one painting from the previous Living Waters exhibit that we had in Enterprise last year.

Stay Safe!
